Coffee Roast Intelligence application is a research degree of roasted coffee bean classification by using machine learning and developed as an Android application platform. This application will detect the color and shape of the coffee beans by taking pictures of coffee beans while they are roasting or uploading a picture. This application can tell users by showing the text what level the coffee beans are roasted, including the percent of probability of class prediction. In addition, users can fill a description and record the results of predicting the roasting level of the coffee beans.
