SIT CHATBOT was developed to solve the problem of delays in new news and answer repeated questions about admissions to the Faculty of Information Technology each year, which caused faculty staff to work harder or sometimes users had questions after hours, taking longer to get a response. The system is divided into two parts. The first part is a web application for staff to manage answering questions or informing various news. The second part, Line Official, is for users who want to contact with the staff.
