Currently, The expansion of residential areas in Thailand has continued to grow, leading to an increasing demand for property maintenance and repair services. However, finding reliable technicians who match users’ specific needs remains a challenge. Therefore, this project aims to develop “ChangSure,” an online repair request and technician booking application that serves as an intermediary platform between customers and technicians. Users can specify service details and either select technicians manually or allow the system to assign them automatically. The system improves convenience, reduces coordination complexity, and enhances the efficiency and reliability of service delivery.
