It serves clients, lawyers, and administrators. Clients can describe their legal issues and be matched with suitable lawyers using an AI-powered recommendation system. Lawyers can manage cases and communicate with clients directly. The platform also supports document sharing, reviews and ratings, email notifications, and conflict-of-interest detection, while ensuring user data protection in compliance with privacy laws.
